We are celebrating a podcast launch for one of our clients. And y’all let me tell you… we had SO much fun helping her launch this!

Here is how we supported her ⬇️

✨ We project managed her launch from start to finish: We created a separate list in Asana specifically for the podcast launch. We captured and organized all necessary action items, assignees, and set priorities and made sure we were on track for launch day.

✨ We created systems and processes for the entire production process: We developed a SOP that mapped out each stage of the production process. This helped streamline the podcast production process, outlining every phase from initial filming to final editing and overall management.

✨ We supported her with podcast editing, designing social media templates, and booking podcast guests.

Previously, our client was running with an outdated version of the Squarespace builder, which lacks A LOT of flexibility.

We ended up upgrading her to Squarespace 7.1 and this allowed us to completely TRANSFORM the look and feel of her sales page. It’s now a perfect showcase for her signature coaching program, reflecting the quality she stands for!
